  • What is E-Pay? – E-Pay is a mobile money application built for all major mobile operating platforms. It was designed to deliver an all-inclusive app that caters to a user’s financial services needs. With E-Pay users can utilize their mobile phones to access and pay for several value-added services such bill payments, money transfers (domestic and international), point of sale payments and prepaid mobile top-ups for various mobile carriers.
  • Where can I download E-Pay? – The E-Pay application can be downloaded from the Google Play Store for Android users and the AppStore for iPhone users.
  • Is there a cost associated with downloading E-Pay? – The app is free of cost on all mobile platforms.
  • How do I use it? – After downloading the app, users can then register for an E-Pay account. The next step would be to decide how transactions will be funded. The user can choose to link their bank/credit union account to the app in which case, all transactions done on the app would be charged to their specified bank/credit union account OR they can opt to use the built in e-wallet which allows a user to preload funds to the app and still be able to access all the services and benefits that the app offers.Users have access to full transaction history which gives them details on the transactions they conducted using the app. Some commercial banks/credit unions, may also allow their customers to view their full account history, which would include transactions done on and outside of the E-Pay App.
  • Which phones support E-Pay? – The E-Pay app was built to run on all Android phones (Version 4.4 or higher) as well as all iPhones. E-Pay can also be accessed via the online portal.
  • How secure is E-Pay? – All user data and payment information is kept on secure servers and is encrypted with industry-standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology. We also work closely with our various partners and affiliates to ensure that we adhere to and surpass their respective security requirements for the protection of their customer’s data. Users can also safeguard their E-Pay accounts from unauthorized access by setting strong passwords and security questions, and we always recommend that users lock their mobile devices (with a pin or password) when not in use.
  • Do I need a credit card? – No. A Credit or Debit Card is not required. You can link the app directly to your bank/credit union account or use the app’s built in mobile wallet.
  • How can I add my account? – You can link your account internally within the app. Upon registering, the system will walk you through the entire process step by step. In a few short minutes, you can begin using the E-Pay app for all your payment needs.
  • Does E-Pay have access to my bank account? – No. E-Pay does not have access to your account. The E-Pay app allows you to connect to your account and access your funds in a similar manner to how a debit card would work. The distinct differences, however, are, that all transactions are conducted via your mobile phone and with the user interface you can see your account balances in real time and make more informed decisions when spending.You also see your transaction history in real time allowing you to spot and query any discrepancies. You and you alone have full control over your E-Pay account.
  • How can I dispute transactions that I do not recognize? – In the case where there is a disputed transaction on your bank/credit union account, those disputes are raised directly with your financial institution.
